About
Rachael is qualified physiotherapist. She has specialised in pilates having trained with the Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Institute (APPI). Rachael has used pilates for several years with her own dance training.
The ‘Good For Your Bum’ pilates class offers to pass on the experience she has gained, and the contribution pilates can make to fitness training and rehabilitation from injury. The class is open to all wishing to increase their core strength and flexibility. Exercises are progressed at an individual’s rate, and can be used in your daily life to correct posture and decrease back pain.
She currently offers a matwork class and will be starting prenatal and postnatal classes in early 2011.
